The Marienstüberl welcomes the most vulnerable sections of society in Graz to its doors. It offers people who have been excluded or excluded themselves from mainstream society a place to regain their self confidence and trust in others. Every guest is treated with the same respect, irrespective of their personal circumstances or religious or ethnic background. At the Stüberl, people can receive food and counselling and, most importantly, can make the first steps towards reintegrating into society. The project is largely staffed by a number of volunteers, without whom the project would not be possible.
