The Exit7 youth shelter in Salzburg offers teenagers between the ages of 12 and 18 a place of refuge: somewhere to stay for the night , to eat, have a hot bath and wash their clothes. Moreover, the teenagers receive couselling that is focused on finding solutions to their problems and care. Exit7 usually restricts stays to 14 nights, though in certain cases the stay can be prolonged. The shelter receives most of its funding from the city of Salzburg.
